Star Trek: Strange New Worlds fans are in for a treat. SFX Magazine has beamed a first look at season 3 of the Paramount+ series, with exclusive behind-the-scenes images and interviews. The issue hits newsstands June 18.

“A peek inside Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 3 has beamed into SFX Magazine, available June 18th!” reads the official caption from the @startrek Instagram page. Among the highlights are new starship interiors, updated uniform designs and candid shots of the bridge crew, including Captain Christopher Pike (Anson Mount), Number One (Rebecca Romijn) and Spock (Ethan Peck).

Last month, the show’s official Instagram rolled out a carousel of Season 3 posters, showcasing fresh artwork for key characters and settings. In another tease, fans learned the new season will warp onto screens on July 17 via Paramount+, promising a return to classic episodic adventures blended with modern visual effects.

Anson Mount And The Crew

Anson Mount reprises his Emmy-nominated role as Captain Pike, bringing a blend of charisma and moral conviction to the Enterprise’s helm. Mount, known for Hell on Wheels and Marvel’s Inhumans, has spoken in interviews about Pike’s evolution this season and the cast’s chemistry during on-set readthroughs.
