Jeff Goldblum has officially released his new record ‘Still Blooming’ today, featuring an impressive lineup of collaborators including Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Maiya Sykes, and Scarlett Johansson.
The actor and accomplished jazz musician shared the news on Instagram, inviting fans to “pick up a copy on gorgeous coloured vinyl, a signed CD or give it a listen for your streaming pleasure.” He enthusiastically signed off with “STILL BLOOMING FOREVER!” accompanied by flower and heart emojis, tagging Decca Records and Verve Records in his announcement.
With this release, Jeff Goldblum continues to demonstrate his versatility as an entertainer, bringing his distinctive charm and artistic sensibility to the world of music while collaborating with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
Goldblum has been building anticipation for ‘Still Blooming’ over the past week.
Just one day before the release, he shared a video from his balcony delivering what he called “Jeffirmations” to fans. He also appeared in Kingston for a promotional event marking the imminent release of the record.
For fans eager to get a physical copy, Goldblum announced a pop-up store at Spiritland in London on April 28th, where he will be signing albums as part of the release celebration.
While many know Jeff Goldblum primarily for his acting roles in films like “Jurassic Park,” “Independence Day,” and “The Fly,” the 71-year-old has established himself as a serious jazz musician. He regularly performs with his band, The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra, named after a family friend from his childhood in Pittsburgh.
Goldblum began playing piano as a child and has maintained his passion for jazz throughout his acting career.
