Michael Shuman has just pulled back the curtain on his solo outing with GLU this season. In an Instagram post, the Queens of the Stone Age bassist announced a series of U.S. headline dates to mark the arrival of his Boogie Man EP, offering fans a chance to hear new material live and grab limited-edition vinyl straight from the artist’s hands.

Tour Dates And Tickets

All his tour dates for @glu_insta landed in one shot on Shuman’s feed, accompanied by a bright, hand-lettered graphic. “Gonna be fun playing these shows for y’all, celebrating the release of my new Boogie Man EP. Will have vinyl copies in hand to sign as well. Go grab your tickets. Link in bio ✌️,” he captioned. Earlier this spring, Shuman had teased his headline stint in another post: “Tickets on sale TOMORROW for my upcoming @glu_insta US headline shows. ✌️” Fans who jumped in right away secured spots in major markets, from the West Coast through to the East.

From Singles To Soon-to-be Ep

This announcement follows a steady drip of new music. On April 12, Shuman previewed the lead single “LOVE YOU TO PIECES,” calling it “out now, from my upcoming Boogie Man E.P., out June 27th. Grab your pre-order bundle from my store and pre-save the EP. ✌️” That track arrives on the heels of the title cut “BOOGIE MAN,” which Shuman released alongside a shout-out to mixer inada and drummer Darren Weiss. Together, these songs set a playful, groove-driven tone ahead of the full five-track collection.

Vinyl Signings And Fan Experiences

Part of the summer run’s buzz is the promise of vinyl signings at each stop. Shuman plans to bring physical copies of the Boogie Man EP to every venue, giving fans an opportunity to meet him backstage and personalize their records. For collectors and longtime followers, this hands-on interaction adds an analog counterpoint to digital streaming, turning each ticket into a keepsake experience.

The shows themselves will offer a blend of Shuman’s solo material and surprises drawn from his tenure with Queens of the Stone Age. Album cuts, early demos and fresh arrangements are all in play. And while the exact setlists remain under wraps, expectations are high for an energetic, guitar-driven night that bridges his rock roots with the funk-tinged direction of his solo work.

Tickets are available now via the link in Shuman’s Instagram bio. Whether you’re chasing that signed vinyl or simply eager to see one of rock’s most versatile bassists front and center, these GLU dates promise to be among the season’s standout live events.

This summer, Michael Shuman shifts from the rhythm section to center stage, inviting fans old and new to celebrate the Boogie Man era in a series of memorable live shows.
