Tarzan Davis reveals the full cast lineup for the highly anticipated “Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning” through a striking series of character portraits shared on Instagram. The images showcase Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt and his team of operatives, signaling the beginning of the marketing campaign for what appears to be the franchise’s concluding chapter.

The post features individual portraits of the entire ensemble cast. Each image presents a character in dramatic lighting against a dark background, giving fans their first official look at both returning favorites and new additions to the franchise.

The portraits confirm the return of franchise stalwarts including Simon Pegg as tech specialist Benji Dunn, Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell, and Hayley Atwell, who joined the series in “Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One” as Grace. Pom Klementieff, who made her debut as the formidable Paris in the previous installment, also returns.

Greg Tarzan Davis, who joined the franchise in “Dead Reckoning Part One” as Degas, is prominently featured. The hashtag “#DegasForPresident” in the post caption suggests his character may have an expanded role in this final chapter.

Other returning cast members include Vanessa Kirby as arms dealer Alanna Mitsopolis (also known as the White Widow), and Henry Czerny as former IMF director Eugene Kittridge, whose character made a surprising return in the previous film after being absent since the original 1996 “Mission: Impossible.”

The portrait series also introduces several newcomers to the franchise, including Holt McCallany, Nick Offerman, Janet McTeer, and Hannah Waddingham, though their specific roles remain undisclosed at this time.

The caption accompanying the post reads: “Everyone plays a part. Meet the cast of #MissionImpossible – The Final Reckoning. Tickets go on sale Monday. #FilmedForIMAX #DegasForPresident,” confirming that ticket pre-sales will begin next week.

Greg Tarzan Davis has been sharing glimpses of his experience filming the Mission Impossible franchise through his Instagram account. In a recent post, he revealed an extraordinary first day on set: “I had never been on a train before in my life, and on my very FIRST day of filming @missionimpossible 7, McQ and Tom decided to change that and put me ON TOP of a train before actually riding inside of one.”

Another post from Davis showed the cast filming in Norway, where he noted they lived on a cruise ship during production and were transported daily to the set by helicopter. “This was our first day visiting set of @missionimpossible 7. Fun Fact: We lived on a cruise ship while filming in Norway and the cast and crew had to be transported by helicopter to get to set each day. What a great way to start production in a movie,” Davis shared.

Davis also posted images from a mountain location in Norway where Tom Cruise performed one of his signature motorcycle stunts, writing: “On set of @missionimpossible 7 at the top of the mountain in Norway on the ramp where Tom flies over our head as he is warming up for the big motor cycle stunt.”

“Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning” serves as the direct sequel to 2023’s “Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One” and is being marketed as the conclusion to the storyline that began in that film. The subtitle change from the previously announced “Dead Reckoning Part Two” to “The Final Reckoning” suggests this could potentially be the final installment in the franchise, or at least the conclusion of Cruise’s tenure as Ethan Hunt.

The post emphasizes that the film was “#FilmedForIMAX,” highlighting Paramount’s commitment to delivering a premium theatrical experience. This continues the franchise’s tradition of spectacular large-format cinematography and practical stunts, which have become signatures of the series under Cruise’s stewardship.

According to Davis’s social media, the film will hit theaters on May 23, 2025, giving fans just over a year to prepare for what promises to be an explosive conclusion to one of cinema’s most enduring action franchises.

For those eager to secure their seats for opening weekend, tickets will go on sale Monday, marking the official start of the film’s marketing campaign as it builds toward its summer 2025 release.
