Behind The Scenes In Kentucky
Filming took place in Kentucky last fall against a backdrop of vibrant fall foliage. McKellar praised the location, writing, “We shot this movie in Kentucky last Fall, and the trees were GORGEOUS.” Production wrapped just as the leaves peaked, giving the film a warm, seasonal palette.
On Instagram, McKellar shared a carousel of images showing the actress Brenda Currin in character, author Angela B. Correll on set, and one of the horses that plays a role in the story’s rural setting.
