Valerie June’s floral print dress, featured on CBS Mornings, has been acquired by the National Museum of African American Music in downtown Nashville. The country-soul artist shared on Instagram that it felt “so surreal to see this dress go from CBS Mornings to a national museum exhibit.” Visitors can now view the very garment that accompanied her national television performance.

The dress anchors a four-case installation of select stage outfits and accessories drawn from June’s career. Curators paired each piece with concert photographs, set lists and handwritten lyrics, underscoring her signature blend of vintage style and soulful artistry.
