The beloved coming-of-age drama ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ has officially set its return date. Amazon Video shared the announcement on Instagram that the third and final season will premiere on July 16, with the simple yet evocative caption: “Summer is for lovers. The final chapter begins July 16.”
The post shared on Amazon’s official handle was in collaboration with Gavin Casalegno, Christopher Briney, Jenny Han, and Lola Tung, the main cast members of The Summer I Turned Pretty, as well as the author of the book series, to announce the final season release date.

Based on Jenny Han’s bestselling novels, ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ has captured audiences with its heartfelt portrayal of teenage summers, complex relationships, and coming-of-age themes.
