A Glimpse Into My Next Breath

Released in May, My Next Breath is Renner’s candid memoir that chronicles the snowplow accident he suffered on New Year’s Day 2023, the injuries that followed and his remarkable road to recovery. The book weaves together his Hollywood journey—from early indie roles to blockbuster success—with raw reflections on resilience, family support and life’s unpredictability. As an avid trail runner, he also dedicates chapters to his partnership with Brooks Running, highlighting how movement helped rebuild his strength.
