Podcast Heavyweights At The Grill

When NADC Burger opened its doors in Soho on Monday, it wasn’t just food critics and local influencers lining up for the first bite. Among the VIP guests were Andrew Schulz, Akaash Singh and Mark Gagnon—three pillars of the Official Flagrant podcast—who rolled into the new beef joint to show their support. In an Instagram post the restaurant shared, the owner wrote, “Such an honor to have @andrewschulz @akaashsingh @markygagnon and the rest of the @officialflagrant crew bless us opening day at the new @nadcburger in SOHO, NYC. Such an honor to have you guys in and can’t wait to cook for you all again soon!”

Fans of the trio have watched them carve out their reputation on stage and behind the mic. Schulz, known for rapid-fire stand-up specials and viral clips, and Singh, whose sharp wit has made him a favorite on late-night shows, brought their trademark banter to the counter. Gagnon, the show’s producer, was equally at ease shaking hands and posing for photos with early customers.

Akaash Singh’s Hospitality

Though he’s best known for his laugh-out-loud comedy routines, Akaash Singh stepped into host mode at the grill, personally greeting each member of the Flagrant team as they arrived. Singh quipped to the chef, “I’ve seen tougher crowds than this line,” drawing laughs from onlookers queued outside. Photos from the day show him donning a paper hat and handing out branded napkins, a playful nod to his love of live performance.

Singh later posted behind-the-scenes snaps on his own feed, thanking the NADC Burger staff for “making me feel like part of the family.” His gratitude post underlines the camaraderie that often fuels the Official Flagrant brand—friends supporting friends in New York’s ever-evolving food and entertainment scene.

Nadc Burger: The Vibe And Menu

Tucked between cobblestone streets and art galleries, NADC Burger sets itself apart with a pared-down industrial décor, exposed brick walls and neon signage. The menu centers on classic all-beef patties, cooked to order and stacked high on toasted brioche buns. Early tasters praised the restaurant’s signature special sauce, hand-cut fries and soft-serve milkshakes made in real-fruit flavors.

One fan wrote in the comments, “Best burger I’ve had in the city in years,” while another tagged friends to “meet you here!” The energy at the counter on Day One was electric: a mix of curious foodies, neighborhood regulars and the Official Flagrant entourage, all eager to sample the goods.

Flagrant Fans Meet Their Idols

Outside the restaurant, a small line formed around the block. When Schulz and Singh stepped outside for a photo op, fans erupted in cheers. In one shareable moment, Schulz lifted a double-stack burger and declared, “This is the content I was born to eat.” The clip has already racked up tens of thousands of views on social media.

For many attendees, seeing the Flagrant hosts in a laid-back, non-podcast setting was a treat. “I follow these guys religiously,” said teenager Maya Lopez, who waited two hours for her turn. “Getting a selfie with Akaash while he ate a fry was my highlight.”

What’s Next For Official Flagrant

While the team celebrated the new burger spot, they’re also gearing up for fresh content on the podcast. Earlier this week, the Official Flagrant Instagram teased fans with a post reading, “New episode of @officialflagrant goes live tomorrow 🐐,” signaling that listener favorites can expect more episodes soon (https://www.instagram.com/p/DJzsgZSyOIc/).

With their plates full of juicy patties and their calendars stacked with live dates, Schulz, Singh and Gagnon are proving once again that their reach extends well beyond the studio mic.

By lunchtime on opening day, NADC Burger’s tagline—“Real beef. Real talk.”—had never felt more appropriate. Whether you came for the celebrities or the cheeseburgers, the Soho outpost delivered on both fronts, leaving patrons excited to return for round two.
