Corey Feldman, the actor–musician whose breakout roles in The Goonies, Stand by Me and The Lost Boys made him an ’80s icon, treated fans to a fresh round of nostalgia this week. On Instagram, Feldman announced that Monday Memories is back with a new installment of his #LegendSeries, celebrating ten unforgettable encounters with pop-culture royalty.
Legendseries Returns With Star-studded Flashbacks
“EVERYBODY IS A STAR IN THEIR OWN WAY…U JUST GOTTA #BELIEVE THAT!” Feldman wrote, kicking off his latest Monday Memories post. The 52-year-old entertainer—who first rose to fame as a child actor and later launched a music career—pulled from his archives to share early-2000s moments alongside some of Hollywood’s biggest names.
Snapshot Highlights
• In Pic 1, Feldman stands next to Janet Jackson—“the Queen Janet @janetjackson”—recalling his days as “a lil nasty boy back then…in the sweetest way possible.”
• Pic 2 brings him to a Recording Academy party with Flyte Tyme legends Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis (@flytetymejam & @flytetymelewis), Jackson’s longtime producers.
• A shaved-head John Travolta (@johntravolta) appears in Pic 3, prompting Feldman to joke, “OMG it’s a bald Vinnie Barbano aka Danny Zuko—such a nice guy.”
• Pic 4 is a “legend sandwich” featuring Elizabeth Berkley (@elizberkley), Travolta and Jeff Goldblum (@jeffgoldblum)—“surrounded by legends!”

• A two-part group shot (Pics 6–7) honors Feldman’s late surrogate father Richard Donner (#RIPRichardDonner), with Donner’s wife Lauren (@donner.lauren), Mel Gibson (#MelGibson), David Morse (#DavidMorse) and Danny Glover (@officialdannyglover).
• Longtime friend Jamie Foxx (@iamjamiefoxx)—actor, singer, comedian and pianist—joins in Pic 8.
• Feldman recalls filming a short on the Isle of Man with Def Leppard frontman Joe Elliott (@joeelliott) in Pic 9, swapping acting tips and learning to play “Day Tripper” on guitar.
• The series closes with a heartfelt tribute in Pic 10 to the late pop star Aaron Carter (#ripaaroncarter💔), whom Feldman remembers as “wild & wonderfully talented.”
Feldman’s latest drop follows an earlier Monday Memories #LegendSeries entry, when he paid homage to his longtime collaborator Corey Haim. In April, he shared photos under the hashtag #The2Coreys (#RIPCoreyHaim), underscoring how friendships have defined his nearly five-decade career.
Born July 16, 1971, in Los Angeles, Feldman began acting at age five. By the early ’80s he was a fixture on television and in film; in 1985’s The Goonies he cemented his status with a generation of moviegoers. Beyond Hollywood, he’s released original music, including a planned June 22 single tribute to The Beatles.
With Monday Memories, Feldman combines his passion for storytelling and history, inviting followers to relive candid moments with figures who shaped entertainment. From pop royalty to action stars and legendary filmmakers, the series offers a snapshot of a life spent on set, backstage and in the spotlight.
As the post concludes, Feldman reminds fans that “everybody is a star in their own way,” a sentiment he shares through each memory. By revisiting these snapshots, he not only celebrates the stars he’s met but also underscores the enduring power of shared experiences across Hollywood’s ever-changing landscape.
