Actor and musician Charles Esten is taking a nostalgic trip down memory lane, celebrating the 10-year anniversary of his performance at one of country music’s premier festivals.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Esten shared footage from his performance at the Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California, where he took the Palomino Stage exactly a decade ago. The video shows Esten energetically performing his song “Do You Good” to an enthusiastic crowd as the sun set over the festival grounds.

A Memorable Sunset Performance

“THANKS STAGECOACH!!!” Esten wrote in his caption. “10 years ago today, as the sun began to set over Indio, I took the Palomino Stage at @stagecoach. I had no right to expect that many people to show up, but show up they freaking did.”

The “Outer Banks” actor was visibly thrilled in the footage as he performed with his backing band, Sixwire. His energetic stage presence and infectious enthusiasm had the substantial crowd engaged throughout the performance.

“And backed by my incredible band @sixwire, and with my beautiful family there to cheer me on, I had the absolute TIME OF MY LIFE!!!” he continued in his post, which included a video credited to Patty Puskar.

Esten also extended well wishes to the performers at this year’s Stagecoach Festival, which traditionally takes place in late April at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. The 2024 lineup features headliners Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, and Morgan Wallen.

As Esten continues to balance his dual careers in television and music, his throwback to this festival performance reminds fans of his versatility as an entertainer and his genuine passion for connecting with audiences through live music.

With a growing slate of upcoming performances and his continued role in “Outer Banks,” which recently celebrated its own five-year anniversary, Charles Esten shows no signs of slowing down in either of his creative pursuits.
