West Hollywood’s Roosterfish is back in full swing with Buckle-Inn, the midweek Western-themed party hosted by drag artist and country singer Acacia Forgot. Drag, Dance And Drinks

Every Wednesday, Roosterfish transforms into a honky-tonk playground. Alongside craft cocktails and a lineup of country tunes, Acacia Forgot brings her signature drag show to the dance floor. As she shared in an earlier post, “Wednesdays are for cowgirls and cowgirls ONLY!! Had the DARNDEST time last night at @roosterfish.weho for Buckle-Inn! Catch me there every Wednesday!! Let’s party, LINE DANCE, hoot AND holler!! 🤠🌵” (📸: @bohennearreaux @yuqstudios). See the excitement here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DJaBobpT5eh/

Patrons can learn basic two-step moves from the on-floor instructors, sip on cowboy-inspired cocktails like the Lightning Marg, and cheer on Acacia’s live performances between DJ sets. The event’s relaxed yet high-energy vibe has earned it a devoted following among locals and visitors looking for a queer-friendly twist on country nightlife.

Cowboy Chic Meets Queer Country

Beyond the weekly shows, Acacia Forgot fuses Americana aesthetics with queer country music. In one recent snapshot she captioned, “Blonde Hair, Blue Jeans 💙🌵 Look: Me Belt: @bckjnes @kaizen3dprints Hat: @stetsonusa” (📸: @austieaustieaustie). Her signature Stetson hat and custom western belt complement original songs drawn from her EP THE FARM. In another post, she encouraged fans to “Stream my new ep THE FARM” alongside a photo captioned, “She’s a sunflower in a field of corn! 🪴🌾 Signed prints available in my merch store!” (📸: @kungfusasquach).

With roots in both the queer performance scene and the alt-country community, Acacia’s nights at Roosterfish bridge two worlds. Fans can expect stripped-down guitar numbers, heartfelt vocals and, of course, show-stopping drag looks.
